Scott Rush given life in Bali

 Australian drug smuggler Scott Rush has been given a life sentence for his role in a 2005 heroin bust. Rush was only 20 when arrested at Ngurah Rai airport with plastic packets of heroin strapped to him. He was handed a death sentence and has been seeking a lower sentence based on the fact that he was only a 'mule' and not an organizer.

Most of the Bali Nine gang were also only 'mules' and have the IQ of a mule. The 'masterminds' of the gang, Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran are currently on death sentences and possibly have the IQ of a small pony.
